- F1Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to Hadron Energy, Inc. (the "Company"), seventy-five percent of the Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") shall vest on November 15, 2026, and the remaining twenty-five percent of the RSU will vest on February 15, 2027.
