Explanation of responses
- F1On May 29, 2026, Click Holdings Ltd (the "Company") entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement with Mr. Chan Chun Sing, the sole shareholder of Axiom Digital Limited (the "Axiom"), pursuant to which the Company agreed to acquire 100% equity interest in the Axiom. The consideration shall be settled by the issuance of 4,500,000 Class A ordinary shares and 800,000 Class B ordinary shares of the Company.
