- F1The reported securities were acquired in connection with a capital call by the Company, with the remaining uncalled portion of the Reporting Person's capital commitment to the Company to be drawn down over time at the discretion of the Company in exchange for additional shares of Common Stock at its then-current net asset value.
- F2The reported securities include (i) 8,728 shares of Common Stock held by Connolly 2020 Dynasty Trust, for which Thomas Connolly exercises investment control, (ii) 1,047 shares of Common Stock held by 5C Investment Partners LP, for which Michael Koester and Thomas Connolly share voting and investment control and (iii) 110,468 shares of Common Stock held indirectly through the 5C Lending Partners Structured Feeder LP (the "5C Feeder"). Such amount does not include 4,292,517 shares of Common Stock held directly by the 5C Feeder for the benefit of third parties, and in which the Reporting Person has no pecuniary interest and, accordingly, disclaims beneficial ownership.
