Explanation of responses
- F1The Class B Ordinary Shares were acquired through the exercise of vested stock options ("Options"). The Options were granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2024 Share Incentive Plan and the employee share option agreement, dated 4 May 2026, between the Issuer and the Reporting Person (the "Option Agreement"). The options were accelerated by resolution of the independent directors of the Board of Directors on 26 May 2026, and were exercised by the Reporting Person on 4 June 2026.
