Explanation of responses
- F1This Form 4/A is being filed to amend the Form 4 filed on July 30, 2026 to correct the number of shares of Common Stock issued upon settlement of stock-settled SARs exercised on July 29, 2026. The original filing used an estimated tax withholding amount to calculate the number of shares deliverable upon settlement; following final calculation of taxes on the exercise date, the number of shares withheld was adjusted from 2,002 shares to 2,003 shares. This amendment restates the affected line item in Table I accordingly.
