- F1This Form 4/A is being filed to amend the Form 4 filed on June 30, 2026 to correct the number of shares of Common Stock issued upon settlement of stock-settled SARs exercised on June 29, 2026. The original filing used an estimated fair market value to calculate the number of shares deliverable upon settlement; following final calculation of the fair market value on the exercise date, the number of shares issued was adjusted from 4,370 shares to 4,203 shares. This amendment restates the affected line item in Table I accordingly.
