The issuance of Class B ordinary shares was completed on August 6, 2026. Following this transaction, the Reporting Person beneficially owns (i) 321,040 Class A ordinary shares and 200,000 Class B ordinary shares of the Issuer indirectly through Decent Limited; and (ii) 400,000 Class B ordinary shares of the Issuer directly.
