Christian Angermayer is the sole voting shareholder of Apeiron, which is the sole shareholder of Enhanced Holdings GP, which is the general partner of Enhanced Holdings LP. As a result, each of the foregoing entities and Mr. Angermayer may be deemed to share beneficial ownership over the securities reported herein. Mr. Angermayer disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
