- F1American Depository Shares were distributed from a trust (previously held through PECO International Limited) to the reporting person, at which time the reporting person first acquired beneficial ownership.
- F2On December 26, 2018, I invested USD 1,344,000 in Adlai Nortye. In 2021, this investment was converted into a beneficial interest in the PECO Innovation Trust in connection with the IPO restructuring, with the Trust holding the underlying shares through PECO International Limited. The PECO Innovation Trust has now distributed 136,667 ADS to my personal accounts.
