- F1Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted under the Issuer's 2026 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The RSUs will vest in full on the date of the Issuer's 2027 annual meeting of stockholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service as a member of the Issuer's board of directors through such vesting date. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A common stock.
- F2These shares are held by The Christopher T. Jones Revocable Trust (the "CTJ Trust"), for which the Reporting Person is a trustee. Certain members of the Reporting Person's immediate family are beneficiaries of the CTJ Trust. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by the CTJ Trust, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
