- F1Each performance-based restricted share unit ("PSU") represents a contingent right to receive one Class A ordinary share of the Issuer, granted under the Issuer's 2023 Share Incentive Plan. The PSUs vest over three years based on the achievement of performance objectives established by the compensation committee of the board of directors of the Issuer for each performance year and the other terms of the plan and the applicable award agreement.
