- F1Represents 6,944 Class A Ordinary Shares of the Issuer issued and delivered upon settlement of vested Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") granted under the Issuer's 2022 Share Incentive Plan. Any unvested RSUs were forfeited in connection with David Vanderveen's termination of services as director of the Issuer.
