Explanation of responses
- F1On June 22, 2026, AB Commercial Real Estate Private Debt Fund, LLC (the "Fund") delivered a capital call notice to investors that have committed to purchase the Fund's limited liability company units (the "Units"). Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Gellert is obligated to make a capital contribution of $10,750.00 on or around July 1, 2026 to the Fund, and the Fund is obligated to issue Units to Mr. Gellert, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of Units that will be issued to Mr. Gellert in respect of this $10,750.00 capital contribution is unknown. Mr. Gellert will amend this Form 4 once the number of Units has been determined.
