Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Common Stock") withheld in an exempt disposition to the Issuer under Rule 16b-3(e) to satisfy tax withholding obligations of the reporting person arising out of the vesting of previously reported restricted stock units ("RSUs").
- F2Includes 25,362 shares of Common Stock underlying RSUs granted to the reporting person on August 11, 2023 (the "August 2023 Grant Date"), 118,517 shares of Common Stock underlying RSUs granted to the reporting person on September 16, 2024 (the "September 2024 Grant Date"), and 128,244 shares of Common Stock underlying RSUs granted to the reporting person on August 1, 2025 (the "August 2025 Grant Date"), in each case, pursuant to the Issuer's 2023 Incentive Plan.
