Explanation of responses
- F1Due to administrative errors, (i) the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on April 1, 2026 with respect to the transaction that took place on March 31, 2026 misreported the total number of shares held by the Reporting Person as 1,700 Class A common shares, rather than the correct number of 8,200 Class A common shares. The number of Class A common shares reported in this box is the corrected number held by the Reporting Person following the transaction reported on this line of this Form 4.
Remarks
