- F1In connection with the Issuer's non-employee director compensation program, the Reporting Person received restricted stock units ("RSUs") on June 9, 2026 (the "Grant Date") based on the closing price per share of the Issuer's common stock on the Grant Date. The RSUs will fully vest on the first anniversary of the grant date, subject to continued service on the Board of Directors, and will be settled by delivery of shares of the Issuer's common stock.
