Explanation of responses
- F1The Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") were granted under Qtrex Quantum Ltd.'s (formerly Insense Medical) 2019 Plan, and will vest according to the following schedule: (i) 33.34% of the RSUs will vest on the first anniversary date following July 1, 2026 (the "First Instalment"); and (ii) 8.33% of the RSUs will vest on a quarterly basis over 8 quarters (two (2) years), following the First Instalment. The grant of RSUs was approved by the Company's shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on August 28, 2026.
