Explanation of responses
- F1In accordance with the Connect Biopharma Holdings Limited Non-Employee Director Compensation Program, Dr. Xanthopoulos elected to receive fully vested shares in lieu of a portion of cash compensation for his 2026 annual board retainers. Accordingly, the fully vested ordinary shares were granted to Dr. Xanthopoulos for his service as a director during the second quarter of 2026. The number of shares received in lieu of cash was calculated by dividing the applicable value of the equity by the average closing price of our ordinary shares for the 30 days preceding June 30, 2026, rounded down to the nearest whole share.
