Explanation of responses

F1The Reporting Persons sold the shares of the Issuer's Class A common stock ("Class A Common Stock") to an unaffiliated financial institution at a price based on the volume weighted average price of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer over the financial institution's hedging period undertaken pursuant to a post-paid forward transaction. On June 16, 2026, the hedging period ended and the sales price was determined to be $3.7751 per share.
F10Blackstone Inc. is the sole member of each of Blackstone Holdings I/II GP L.L.C. and Blackstone Holdings III GP Management L.L.C. The sole holder of the Series II preferred stock of Blackstone Inc. is Blackstone Group Management L.L.C.
