Explanation of responses
- F1Represents restricted shares of Common Stock granted on June 24, 2026 under the Issuer's 2025 Equity Incentive Plan, pursuant to a Restricted Stock Award Agreement between the Reporting Person and the Issuer. The shares were originally scheduled to vest in substantially equal installments on July 1, July 15, August 4, August 18, September 1 and September 15, 2026. On July 27, 2026, the vesting schedule was modified to accelerate the vesting of all then-unvested shares, which vested in full on such date.
