The reporting person has voting and dispositive control over the Partnership and may be deemed to beneficially own those shares. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
- F2Includes 20,000 shares held of record by the reporting person's spouse, Tessa Quin, 45,150 shares held of record by the reporting person's daughter Tayla Quin, and 45,150 shares held of record by the reporting person's daughter Ashlee Quin. Each of those persons is a member of the reporting person's household. The shares are owned of record by those persons.
