The per-share price was based on a five-day volume-weighted average price calculated as of the transaction date in a transaction approved by the Audit Committee of the Company's Board of Directors.
- F2On Feb 4, 2026 the Company granted Mr. Keeley 21,341 restricted stock units under the Plan. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock.
