Explanation of responses
- F1This amendment is being filed solely to correct the total number of shares of Common Stock beneficially owned directly by the Reporting Person, as reported in the Form 4 filed on June 9, 2026 (the "Original Form 4"). The Original Form 4 inadvertently reported the total number of shares beneficially owned directly following the reported transactions as 57,008 shares rather than 57,566 shares, as such total did not include the 558 shares acquired by the Reporting Person under the Issuer's Employee Stock Purchase Plan, as disclosed in note 3 to the Original Form 4. This amendment increases the Reporting Person's total number of shares of Common Stock beneficially owned directly by 558 shares. All other information reported in the Original Form 4 is unchanged.
