Explanation of responses
- F1This amendment is being filed solely to correct the total number of shares of Common Stock beneficially owned directly by the Reporting Person, as reported in the Form 4 filed on June 9, 2026 (the "Original Form 4"). This amendment reflects 558 shares acquired by the Reporting Person under the Issuer's Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the "ESPP") on June 5, 2026 for the ESPP offering period of December 6, 2025 through June 5, 2026. The Original Form 4 inadvertently reported the acquisition of 180 shares under the ESPP for such offering period. This amendment increases the Reporting Person's total number of shares of Common Stock beneficially owned directly by 378 shares. All other information reported in the Original Form 4 is unchanged.
