Explanation of responses
- F1The reported shares were received in exchange for shares of common stock of The Farmers Bancorp ("Farmers") in connection with the merger of Farmers with and into Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc. ("RMBI"), pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger. Under the terms of the merger agreement, at the effective time of the merger, each outstanding share of Farmers common stock was converted automatically into the right to receive 3.40 shares of RMBI common stock. Accordingly, no cash purchase price was paid by the reporting person for the shares reported herein.
