Explanation of responses
- F1Represents restricted stock units awarded pursuant to the issuer's 2018 Equity Incentive Plan that entitle the reporting person to receive one share of the issuer's common stock per restricted stock unit upon vesting. The restricted stock units vest annually over four years with 25% of the restricted stock units vesting on each anniversary of October 23, 2018, subject to continued service through each applicable date.
Remarks
2,132,566 shares of common stock previously reported as an acquisition on reporting person's Form 4 filed October 25, 2018 (the "Prior Form 4") were erroneously reported, as these shares of common stock were previously reported as beneficially owned on reporting person's Form 3 filed October 19, 2018. In addition, of such 2,132,566 shares of common stock, 206,946 shares held indirectly were erroneously reported as being held by the reporting person. Therefore, the total amount of securities beneficially owned as reported in Column 5 of Table I on the Prior Form should have been 2,594,860.
