Explanation of responses
- F1On June 16, 2026, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently reported that, upon the exercise of an option, his wife was acquiring 440 derivative securities. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the reporting person should have reported that his wife was disposing of such securities, given that she was reporting an exercise of the option, not a grant thereof.
