Explanation of responses
- F1Effective October 23, 2018, the Issuer split its outstanding Class A and Class B common stock on a one-for-three basis (the "stock split"). As a result of the stock split, every three outstanding shares of the Issuer's Class A common stock were combined into only one share of the Issuer's Class A common stock and every three outstanding shares of the Issuer's Class B common stock were combined into only one share of the Issuer's Class B common stock. Fractional shares were issued. The amount of securities reported on this Form 4 have been adjusted to reflect the stock split. The Reporting Person beneficially owns 0 shares of Class B common stock. All future Form 4 and Form 5 filings will reflect the stock split.
