- F1Reflects deferred share equivalents ("DSEs") that were converted from ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. ("ServiceMaster") DSEs to frontdoor, inc. (the "Company") DSEs in connection with the Company's spin-off from ServiceMaster (the "Spin-off"). The number of DSEs were adjusted in connection with the Spin-off based on the closing price of ServiceMaster's stock on September 28, 2018 and the opening price of Company stock on October 1, 2018.
