Explanation of responses
- F1Includes 92,545 shares of common stock underlying restricted stock units. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. The restricted stock units vest in three equal installments on each of December 31, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
- F2In connection with the secondary offering of the Issuer's common stock by certain selling stockholders pursuant to an underwriting agreement (the "Underwriting Agreement") and prospectus supplement, each dated May 16, 2018 (the "Secondary Offering"), Mr. Pittman sold shares of the Issuer's common stock in the amount shown in the above table.
