- F1This amendment to the Initial Statement of Beneficial Ownership of Securities on Form 3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 25, 2018 (the "Original Form 3") is being filed to correct the number of shares of Common Stock that the reporting person beneficially owned indirectly at the time of filing. The Original Form 3 omitted 18,189 shares held by the reporting person's wife. These shares were also omitted from a Form 4 filed by the reporting person after the Original Form 3 was filed.
