Explanation of responses
- F1On October 6, 2017 (the "Effective Date"), the Plan of Reorganization of Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Inc. (the "Reporting Person") approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court on January 17, 2017, became effective and the Reporting Person transferred its real property assets and golf course operations to VICI Properties Inc. (the "Issuer") by means of a spin-off transaction. Pursuant to the Plan of Reorganization, on the Effective Date, the Issuer distributed all its capital stock to certain creditors of the Reporting Person.
