("BANA"), and BofA Securities, Inc. ("BOFAS"). BANA and BOFAS are wholly owned subsidiaries of Bank of America Corporation ("Bank of America"). The Reporting Owners may be deemed to have temporarily held voting and dispositive power over additional Shares as a result of short-term stock borrowings.
