- F1On August 25, 2017, the reporting person filed a Form 4 reporting an award of 18,181 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") on August 23, 2017. On July 5, 2018, the reporting person filed a Form 4 reporting an award of 44,247 RSUs on July 5, 2018. According to the terms of the Limited Partnership Agreement of Great Hill Equity Partners V, L.P., Great Hill Equity Partners V, L.P. is entitled to the economic benefit of all securities awarded to the reporting person in connection with his service as a director of the Issuer. As such, the reporting person does not have a pecuniary interest in the RSUs granted by the Issuer to the reporting person and as of the date of this report does not directly beneficially own any securities of the Issuer.

Great Hill Partners GP V, L.P. is the sole general partner of Great Hill Equity Partners V, L.P. and GHP V, LLC is the sole general partner of Great Hill Partners GP V, L.P. GHP V, LLC is controlled by Christopher S. Gaffney, John G. Hayes, Michael A. Kumin, Mark D. Taber and Matthew T. Vettel and, as such, they may be deemed to indirectly beneficially own the shares beneficially owned by Great Hill Equity Partners V, L.P. Each of Messrs. Gaffney, Hayes, Kumin, Taber and Vettel disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
