The original Form 4 incorrectly identified the indirect holder as 'Continuum Ventures, LLC.' The correct indirect holder is the Scot Cohen Roth IRA ("SC IRA"). The reported securities are directly owned by SC IRA. The Reporting Person is deemed the beneficial owner of such securities as the sole holder of the SC IRA.
- F2This Form 4/A amends the Form 4 originally filed on September 4, 2026 to include the remaining shares of common stock indirectly held by the Reporting Person. The reported securities are directly owned by V4 Global LLC ("V4") and may be deemed to be beneficially owned by the Reporting Person as managing member of V4.
