Explanation of responses
- F1This Form 4/A amends the Form 4 originally filed on September 4, 2026 to correct the nature of indirect beneficial ownership reported in Table I. The original Form 4 incorrectly identified the indirect holder as 'Scot Cohen Roth IRA.' The correct indirect holder is Continuum Ventures, LLC ("Continuum"). The reported securities are directly owned by Continuum and may be deemed to be beneficially owned by the Reporting Person as managing member of Continuum. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
