- F1The Class B Common Stock is convertible into the issuer's Class A Common Stock on a 1-for-1 basis upon certain transfers of such shares and at the holder's election and has no expiration date.
- F2On November 19, 2018, in a transaction not reportable on Form 4, 5,000,000 shares of Class B Common Stock previously reported as indirectly owned were transferred from the Ilia M. Papas 2017 Annuity Trust to the reporting person and are now owned directly. On December 10, 2018, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently did not account for these shares in reporting the number of shares of Class B Common Stock directly owned by the reporting person following his conversion of 133,333 shares of Class B Common Stock into Class A Common Stock, which has been corrected in this amendment.
