Explanation of responses
- F1As contemplated in connection with the initial public offering of the issuer, 307,075 ordinary shares of the issuer were returned by NESR Holdings Ltd. ("NESR") to the issuer for no consideration and cancelled because the underwriters' over-allotment option was not exercised in full. Sherif Foda is a shareholder and director of NESR and shares voting and dispositive control over the securities held by NESR, and thus shares beneficial ownership of such securities. Sherif Foda disclaims beneficial ownership over any securities owned by NESR in which he does not have any pecuniary interest.
