- F1On April 30, 2018, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 that mistakenly reported in Table I the acquisition of 8,030 shares of the Issuer's Class A common stock via a conversion of derivative securities using transaction code "M" that did not in fact occur. This Amendment is being filed solely to delete the line item bearing transaction code "M" from Table I of the Reporting Person's Form 4 filed on April 30, 2018.
