Michael Poutre, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Issuer, is Chief Executive Officer of Ladyface Capital, LLC. Accordingly, Mr. Poutre may be deemed to have voting and investment power over the shares beneficially owned by Redwood Fund LP.
