Explanation of responses
- F1The option award was made in accordance with the terms of the Issuer's 2016 Equity Incentive Plan (the "2016 Plan"). The option becomes exercisable as to 50% of the shares on February 13, 2020, and the remaining shares will become exercisable on February 13, 2021. The exercise price is based on the closing price for the shares of the Common Stock on the date of grant in accordance with the terms of the 2016 Plan.
