Explanation of responses
- F1The option allows for early exercise, subject to the Issuer's repurchase option with respect to any unvested shares of Common Stock and shall vest over a period of four years as follows: (i) 25% of the total shares subject to the option shall vest on January 3, 2018, and (ii) 1/48th of total shares subject to the option shall vest monthly thereafter over the remaining three years of the vesting period, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service with the Issuer as of each such date.
