- F1Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of MetLife, Inc. ("MetLife"), received 90 shares of Brighthouse Financial, Inc. ("Brighthouse") common stock on August 4, 2017 in the MetLife distribution of Brighthouse common stock to MetLife common stockholders. These shares were inadvertently omitted from MetLife's Form 4 filed June 18, 2018, as well as MetLife's August 7, 2017 amendment to its Form 4 originally filed July 20, 2017.
