The options that were exercised were misstated on Stephanie Morley's ("Reporting Person") original Form 4 filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on March 30, 2018. Reporting Person exercised 500,000 options at an exercise price of $2.20 per share. Reporting Person continues to hold 1,100,000 options exercisable at $0.20 per share which were granted on March 28, 2016.
