Explanation of responses
- F1On the date hereof, Mr. McGovern owns 4,145.274 shares of common stock of Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp. (the "Company"). In addition, on March 8, 2019, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of common stock. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. McGovern is obligated to make a capital contribution of $8,000 on March 15, 2019 out of his $100,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 415.078 shares of common stock to Mr. McGovern , provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
