- F1On the date hereof, Ms. Uniacke owns 3,629.427 shares of common stock of Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp. (the "Company"). In addition, on December 10, 2018, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of common stock. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Uniacke is obligated to make a capital contribution of $10,000 on December 17, 2018 out of her $100,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 515.847 shares of common stock to Ms. Uniacke, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
