- F1On the date hereof, Mr. Lentini owns 907.356 shares of common stock of Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp. (the "Company"). In addition, on December 10, 2018, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of common stock. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Lentini is obligated to make a capital contribution of $2,500 on December 17, 2018 out of his $25,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 128.962 shares of common stock to Mr. Lentini, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
