Explanation of responses
- F1On the date hereof, Mr. Lamm owns 1,296.34 shares of common stock of Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp. (the "Company"), after taking into account the final allocation of common stock as part of a prior capital call, which number was estimated and reported on a prior filing. In addition, on June 8, 2018, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of common stock. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Lamm is obligated to make a capital contribution of $2,500 on June 25, 2018, out of his $50,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 130.272 shares of common stock to Mr. Lamm, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
