Explanation of responses
- F1On the date hereof, Mr. Lentini owns 517.932 shares of common stock of Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp. (the "Company"), after taking into account the final allocation of common stock as part of a prior capital call, which number was estimated and reported on a prior filing. In addition, on December 8, 2017, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of common stock. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Lentini is obligated to make a capital contribution of $1,250 on December 15, 2017 out of his $25,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 65.138 shares of common stock to Mr. Lentini, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
