Explanation of responses
- F1On the date hereof, Mr. Yu owns 387.757 shares of common stock of Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp. (the "Company"). In addition, on September 8, 2017, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of common stock. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Yu is obligated to make a capital contribution of $2,500 on September 15, 2017 out of his $25,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of common stock to Mr. Yu, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of additional shares of common stock that will be issued to Mr. Yu in respect of this $2,500 capital contribution is unknown. Mr. Yu will amend this Form 4 once the number of shares of common stock has been determined.
